The 18th & 19th; So lazy.
The 18th of September.
I am getting tired now. I had a small lie-in and two coffees, but I will still be glad to get to go to bed, without any spiders please.
I had a very slow morning, I spent some quality time with Rufus, because I didn't see him at all yesterday. Shaki came round to trim his claws last night and you can really tell - his love is so much less pointy and painful. I didn't get out of my pyjamas until about half eleven. So lazy.
We had lunch, then I wrote about yesterday, which took quite a while, as it was a long day and there was a lot to say. Then, I started my jumper again for the umpteenth time. I got some baby wool that works with a smaller hook, but stays soft, so I'm finally happy to do the whole thing using it. While doing that, I watched the first episodes of A Discovery of Witches and Black Earth Rising. Both very good, both require proper attention.
The 19th of September.
Right, I think I have caught up on sleep and have no more late nights or big trips planned. Time to return to normal sleep routine.
Had a quiet morning - got dressed for the gym, spent some time with Rufus giving him a groom and a tummy rub, and did some more work on my jumper.
After lunch, I went to the gym for the first time in about three weeks (expecting some pain tomorrow), just for a short session. It was really empty, so I was able to do everything I wanted in the order I wanted. And I left just at the right time, because it was starting to rain and several youths were congregating outside. Glad I missed them.
When I got home, Mommy and I watched the first two episodes of The Truth About The Harry Quebert Affair, which I have read but she hasn't. Before we started, I did have to Google how it ends because it's been so long since I read it, I'd forgotten. While we had that on, I continued with the sleeve of the jumper. I'm over halfway!
