Documenting not dying since October 2013.

The 6th & 7th; Those kettlebell swings really do me in.

The 6th of May. Tired. I wore a heart rate monitor during my workout today and for the entire hour and forty five minutes, it stayed between 120 and 162. Those kettlebell swings really do me in.

So I did not do much today, apart from that. This morning I watched (rather aptly) This Morning, then after lunch, I finished off a couple of magazines and viewed some skirts that Christine was trying on for Pete and Sophie's wedding, She now has one to wear, hooray!

Yes so later this afternoon I worked out, adding in ab crunches on the ball to my routine. I don't know how my core strength is so good, especially after all the rummaging that has gone on in my abdomen.

Now I am watching Harry Potter until nine o'clock when Mr. Drew's School for Boys is on. Some of them are literally the worst.

The 7th of May.

We are in the super-stressful period of Masterchef so I distract myself from the horror by writing.

This morning, I said goodbye to Christine and then had to talk to O2 again because they sent me paperwork for this contract that it was established on Monday that I did not want. They'd also set up the direct debit so I swiftly cancelled that. I then talked to someone called Amit, then someone called Leo and after a lot of chat and some rather robotic responses, I got the contract cancelled! I liked Leo the most as he sent me a smiley face.

This afternoon, I watched the first episode of the new season of Hannibal which was not super-fun. I have read ahead some spoileriness now because then I will be more prepared for the terror that lies ahead.

Then I worked out again because I might not get the chance to tomorrow after going to the chiro, having lunch and a trip to town to get the new Jeffery Deaver book. I really hope my glasses are ready tomorrow too!

The 8th & 9th; My tongue is sore.

The 4th & 5th; X Factor day!
