The 19th & 20th; Another day of sun!

The 19th of April. Well I am actually not wearing a jumper for the first time since last summer. I think it might even last until the weekend. Next week is back to rain and gloom.

I have not really been able to embrace the sun to its full potential as I spent most of my day in Black Sheep.

Wrote up a blog post this morning and watched the new musical Riverdale, complete with some of the worst lip-synching I've ever seen. Still, the songs are fun.

My appointment was at twelve, and after some discussion, we decided on kind of tropical pastels. The first two hours were mainly bleaching/cleansing the previous colour from my hair, so I got a lot of my book read.

Adam only had five colours to play with - a coral, a couple of pinks, a purple and a blue - but he had a lovely time painting. And now my hair suits the weather!

I had a go with their new ring light and selfie wall, but it was a bit blinding so I didn't quite the full effect. Took some better ones at home with a bright lip.

The 20th of April.

Another day of sun! The last one, I think. Tomorrow is supposed to be vaguely warm, but with rain showers. And then back to the crappy Spring we have come to know and love. Well, not love, but accept.

I got to feel a bit more of it today. This morning I did some moisturising and binge-watching of Scandal. Halfway through season four and I did a little scream of joy at the end of the last one I saw.

After lunch, off to the gym. For the last time for several days - I'm not sure how I'll feel after the steroid injections on Monday. My hope is that I recover quickly and am pain free but who knows? Anyway, it wasn't a great session because my back started really protesting, so I had to bin off any remaining activity without support and finish a little early. Still, that meant I got to feel the warmth, then have an iced coffee when I got home. Oh, it gives me life.
